What’s Included ?
When ordering your pet portrait you will get, a high quality portrait made with the finest materials that help me to achieve a highly detailed portrait of your beloved companion to truly capture their personality as best I can.
I use Fabercastell Polychromos, Caran D’ache Luminance Pencils, Fabriano Artistico hot pressed paper as well as drafting film on occasion.
Sizes & Price List
I will alway confirm the sizes and details of the commission closer to the date that I will start. If you do decide that you would like to change your portrait size that can be arranged, but please give me as much notice as possible before hand.
Choosing the right size is extremely imported. Be mindful of where you want your portrait to be placed in your home, wether that is on the wall or on a bedside table. If you need help choosing what size will work best, please reach out, I am happy to help!
Reference Photo

Having a really good quality photo of your pet will help me to capture your pet a lot clearer. Natural lighting by a window or outside with no direct lighting is great to capture all of their true colours and will help to get the portrait as true to them as possible! Its also very important to be able to see they’re eyes clearly as this helps to truly capture them as you know them.
That being said, I understand that unfortunately some pets are no longer with us and we don’t always have the best quality pictures of them. I will do my best with what photographs you have of them.
Book In your Prortrait
Contact: Once you have an idea of the size portrait you would like and a reference foto you can either contact me via DM, Email or the form below. Be sure to include the following:
The size portrait your are interested in.
If you want it to be in coloured pencil or graphite (black &white).
Your reference photo or photos if you are still unsure of which one.
Deposit: To secure your spot on my waitlist, I require a non-refundable 50% deposit. This will go towards your portrait. The balance will be then paid on completion of portrait before shipping.
Confirmation: Once all details of your portrait have been confirmed, I will send over an invoice where the deposit can be paid.
Process
I will always contact you as soon as I start working on your portrait.
Progress Photos: Seeing progress photos throughout the process is completely optional. I will ask at the beginning if this is something that you would like or if you’d like to wait till the portrait is fully complete.
Completion: The time it takes me to complete your portrait does depend on the size and your spot on the wait list, I can give you a estimated time frame when discussing the details of the portrait.
Final Payment : Once your portrait is complete I will send over the last invoice of the remains balance, once payment has been made I will ship your portrait to you!
Packaging & Delivery
Packaging: Each hand-drawn portrait is handled and packaged with great care. The artwork placed on tissue paper and is then rolled up to go in the postal Tube. The postal tubes are very strong to insure that your portrait will arrive safely
Each portrait comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
